Understanding the problem
The business needed to manage a large product inventory alongside purchases, sales, warehouse stock, customer and supplier balances, expenses, and daily financial operations.
It also required a flexible Arabic invoicing workflow that could operate independently from the standard POS and product catalogue.
Building the right experience
We customized and extended a Laravel-based business management platform with inventory control, warehouse management, purchasing, POS sales, accounting, HR, barcode support, Excel import/export, detailed reports, and role-based access.
A dedicated Arabic invoice module was also developed for creating and printing flexible free-text invoices outside the standard sales workflow.
