Understanding the problem
Gym operations often involve multiple disconnected processes—from memberships and attendance to payments, coaching, POS sales, and accounting.
The system needed to bring these workflows together while supporting different gym requirements, staff permissions, biometric devices, financial controls, and optional business modules without maintaining separate codebases for each client.
Building the right experience
We developed a configurable Laravel-based management system covering member and subscription management, biometric attendance, private training, coaches, financial reporting, expenses, lockers, WhatsApp notifications, and a complete POS solution.
Feature-based configuration allows each gym to enable only the modules it needs, while role-based permissions, reporting tools, exports, audit logs, accounting, and device integrations provide complete operational control.
